I know this because I’ve lived it. My own journey from overwhelm to clarity showed me that one size fits all methods do not work irrespective of how powerful those methods are, they need tools that truly fit their individual lives & objectives. For over 20 years, I worked in the fast-paced world of IT, leading global teams, driving product strategy, and navigating the pressure of deadlines, innovation, and leadership challenges. I saw firsthand how stress silently eroded clarity, energy, and even relationships both at work and at home.

At the same time, my deep curiosity for human potential drew me to explore ancient Indian spiritual wisdom and modern science. I realized something powerful: stress isn’t the real problem. Our broken relationship with recovery is.
